Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Transit time within Canada is 3–5 business days, making the total delivery time 4–7 business days.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Swimwear and beachwear must have the original hygiene seal intact. Please include your order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds usually take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
